Dear Friends in Christ, One of the quotes attributed to the philosopher Aristotle is the following: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." This is a message I shared with those present at the graduation exercises at our parish schools this week. I encouraged our recent grads to make regular participation in the Eucharist a “Habit of the Heart” as they transition into high school.
