Marriage and Weddings

Before anything else (including booking your reception venue), your first step should be to contact us to schedule your wedding date. To secure a date, couples must be engaged and active in their faith journey. Please note that some liturgical seasons and weekends may be unavailable for weddings.

Please contact the parish office to schedule your wedding at any of our parishes.

Next Steps:

Once your date is confirmed, the contract signed, and payment submitted, our wedding coordinator will guide you through the preparation process, which includes:

• Marriage Preparation Retreat or Sessions – To help you grow spiritually and practically as a couple.
• Meetings with a Priest or Deacon – To discuss your commitment and the sacramental nature of marriage.
• Required Documents – Baptismal certificates, pre-marriage inventories, and more.
• Wedding Liturgy Planning – Guidance on choosing readings, music, and other elements.

Already a parishioner but getting married elsewhere?

If you’re a registered member of our parish community but planning a wedding elsewhere, we are happy to assist with your marriage preparation. Your preparation process will be the same as couples marrying within the parish, and there is a $250 fee to cover materials and administrative costs.

Seeking a Convalidation of Your Marriage?

If you were married civilly but wish to have your marriage recognized in the Catholic Church, we are here to help! Convalidation is required for certain sacraments (such as becoming a godparent). Please contact Kristin Holland for more details.
