Dear Friends in Christ,
One of the saints who has been rediscovered in the history of the church is St.Phoebe, whom St. Paul references in his letter to the Romans 16:1-2:
I commend to you Phoebe, our sister, who is also a deacon of the church at Cenchrae, that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the holy ones, and help her in whatever she may need from you. For she has been a benefactor to many and to me as well. Continue reading...
Dear Friends in Christ,
Autumn begins this Tuesday, September 22, and we will continue to see the falling leaves change colors, the temperatures drop, and the days become shorter. The changing of seasons is an opportunity to take stock of our lives in this year of our Lord 2026, and that includes our life as a faith community.
Thank you to our seven parish volunteers who joined Food Lifeline on September 2, helping sort and pack 1,920 pounds of kidney beans!

We are at the tail end of Ordinary Time. In the Catholic Church, Ordinary Time is the longest liturgical season of the year, lasting 33 to 34 weeks. The focus is on the daily teachings, life, and public ministry of Jesus Christ. It is a time for spiritual growth, conversion, and learning how to live out the Christian faith in everyday life.
Our One Parish Planning process is designed so that the community helps guide the vision and direction of our new parish. The Reality Report, including the financial update, provides an important foundation for that work.
This October, you are invited to the table to share your voice and help discern who we want to become as one parish. With a clear understanding of where we are today, we can thoughtfully consider where God is calling us next.
Your participation matters. We hope you will join us for one of our upcoming Community Discernment Sessions and help shape our future together. Click to sign up for a session.
A look at where our parish family stands financially following fiscal year 2026, along with the steps we are taking in the year ahead to strengthen our financial future through responsible planning and stewardship.
A look back at the past year across our parish family, highlighting our ministries, sacraments, community life, stewardship, finances, and the many ways we continue to grow together in faith.
Prepared by the PFAC, the Current Reality Report provides a look at our parish family through key statistics and trends from 2024–2026, offering important context as we enter our upcoming discernment process. Please familiarize yourself with this document before attending a discernment session in October.
