Twice each year, volunteers from the Northeast Seattle Catholic Community come together for a day of service through Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low income homeowners live safely and independently in their homes.
Rebuilding Together connects our parish family with a local homeowner, often a senior, veteran, person with a disability, or single parent, whose home needs critical repairs or accessibility improvements. A team of 20 to 25 volunteers spends one Saturday painting, repairing, landscaping, building, and tackling projects that transform a house into a safer, warmer, and more welcoming home.
No special skills are required. Whether you're an experienced carpenter or simply willing to lend a hand, there's a place for everyone. It's an incredible opportunity to put your faith into action while making a lasting difference in someone's life.
