If you received Baptism, made your First Communion, received Confirmation, and/or celebrated Holy Matrimony at any of our four parishes in our NE Seattle Catholic Community (Assumption, OLL, St. Bridget, or St. Catherine), you may request a copy of the record.

 

For privacy protection, you may request the following:

 

1. Your own record

2. Your child's record if they are under the age of 18

3. Records of family sacraments that occurred 90 years before the current year, provided the subject of inquiry is deceased. Proof of death may be required.

 

You may not request the records of living family members, including children over the age of 18. They will need to make their requests personally.

 

When requesting a record, please allow 3-5 business days for data collection and processing.
