The Homebound Ministry at our NE Catholic parish family currently has 17 volunteers who regularly bring the Holy Eucharist and provide companionship to 59 parishioners at 15 different locations. This includes our seniors, the sick, and those disabled or recovering from an injury who are living at home or in a local care facility but are not able to attend Mass. Continue reading...

In mid-June, twenty-five NESCC parishioners met at St. Catherine’s Victoria Hall to develop a common mission statement for our parish family’s Social Justice Ministry. St. Kateri Tekakwitha (1656-1690) was the first person of the North American First Nations to be named a saint by the Catholic Church. She was canonized on October 21, 2012.
