We’re excited to introduce Grace Haider as part of our NESCC Parishioner and Staff Spotlight, a new way to help our parish family get to know the wonderful people who worship, serve, and work alongside us each week.
Grace is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, and moved to Seattle to support her boyfriend, Jack, who plays football for the Huskies. Her first Mass in Seattle was at Our Lady of the Lake, and in a fun twist of timing, she saw an announcement for an administrative assistant position during the parish announcements. She applied, got the job, and has been part of our parish family ever since. You can usually find Grace in the OLL office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and she’s always happy to say hello.
Grace is also a full-time online student at the University of Mary in Bismarck, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Financial Services and Banking. She loves cooking and baking, playing pickleball, and spending time with her dog, Aspen. What keeps her coming back to our parish family is the sense of welcome and belonging she feels across all four parish locations. She shares that being able to attend Mass at different churches within our parish family makes each one feel like home.
We’re grateful for Grace and for all the ways she brings warmth, joy, and a welcoming spirit to our community.
